Wirin Wirra was founded in 1993 by the Parkinson family in Tomerong, NSW, as a wholesale native plant nursery. Since then, we’ve expanded both what we grow and who we serve. Alongside providing plants for landscapers and nurseries, we now also welcome home gardeners directly to our nursery, offering the same healthy, locally‐adapted plants.
We believe native plants should thrive in every garden. All our plants are raised here on the South Coast, making them perfectly suited to local soils and conditions. By growing strong, healthy species, we support biodiversity and encourage gardens that attract birds, pollinators and wildlife. Sharing this knowledge is part of who we are, whether you are creating a large landscape or planting at home.
Over the years, we’ve evolved, opening our gates to the public. We specialise in Australian native plants, offering everything from tube stock to advanced plants. Our collection includes flowering trees, shrubs, ground covers, bush-food plants and local species from the South Coast area.
